Colleen Emond

English Teacher

Colleen Emond loves to learn. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in English and Adolescence Education, continued on with a graduate degree in Literacy Education, and for the fun of it went back and earned another undergraduate degree in Psychology. During her time at SUNY Oswego, she was a proud member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity, and was also inducted into three honor societies: Kappa Delta Pi, Vega, and Phi Kappa Phi.

Colleen has had the opportunity to teach in upstate New York, Southeastern Wyoming, and Memphis, Tennessee. In her spare time she enjoys experiencing nature in all its glory, reading anything she can get her hands on, questioning the cosmos, and enjoying ferret time with her family.
